Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors.
How long does the experience last? For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 75 minutes at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event.
Is there parking available? There are parking lots in the public space and partly also paid parking lots, please note the applicable regulations on the respective websites.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings. Is there Virtual Reality? The VR-Experience is free. The Metaverse-Experience is an extra cost. These two experiences are open to all (Children and glasses wearer included). Do note that all guests must follow the safety instructions given by the onsite staff.
Is there a dress code? There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.

About tickets

Where can I get tickets? In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple StoreOn the Fever website
Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy? Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking? If you would like to book for a large group, please reach groups@feverup.com with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

About access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 5 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? No, unless it is a trained companion dog that has to accompany you, dogs are not allowed in the exhibition. It is dark, there are sound and light effects, and there will probably be children running around - all of which is not much fun for dogs.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Do you offer carer tickets?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket.

Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket.

Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each Carer’s ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? Unfortunately, this experience could not be accommodated for visually impaired people. We are doing our best to make all our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city. Our experience does provide a read along for people hard of hearing.
Will there be strobe lights? This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at the onsite team.
Is coat check available? Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement? All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers.
Will there be an audio guide? This event can be experienced with an audio guide in German or English
