Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors in a venue without air conditioning.
How long does the experience last? For you to have an estimate, people usually spend approx. 1.5 hours at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? There are no food options available on site.
Is there parking available? Unfortunately, there are no visitor car parks directly at the exhibition site. In the vicinity of the RAW site there are car parks in public areas and some paid parking spaces, please note the applicable regulations.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality? This experience has the option to enjoy virtual reality for guests over 6 years old; please check if your ticket includes it.
Is there a dress code? There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
Can I bring food and drink? No food and drink are allowed to be consumed inside the exhibition. If you need to bring specific food or medicine due to a pre-existing medical condition then please supply the relevant supporting medical evidence. Baby Food & Drinks for Toddlers or babies can be brought along at all times.
Are there vegan or gluten-free options available? Yes, we have some vegan options available.
Will food and drinks be available on-site for purchase? Yes, OBEX offers drinks (coffee, tea, Softs, Beer, Wine) as well as a regionally inspired variety of food.
What language will the exhibition be in? The exhibition’s primary language will be German, with additional support for English through exhibit text. If additional language options are confirmed, we will provide an update.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? The exhibition is held in an indoor venue.
Is there air conditioning? Yes, there is air conditioning and heating as required. However, due to the sheer size of the venue, no sufficient cooling is available during summer time.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Handheld cameras (including DSLR) can be brought into the exhibition, and guests are welcome to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other visitors. Tripods and professional accessories are not permitted.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the exhibition? The exhibition is a walk-through event. There is some seating in selected rooms.
Are lockers available at the venue? There is a locker system ( for €1 - coin returned after use) for customers to leave bags or personal items should they wish to. Backpacks and bags larger than A4 in size will not be allowed inside the exhibition.
Is there a dress code? There is no dress code, but we advise to please dress comfortably as this is a walk-through, interactive exhibition.
Is there a lost and found contact? Yes, please contact us here. Lost property is kept for 14 days after the exhibition closes, items will be disposed of after this time.
Is the exhibition suitable for children? The exhibition is accessible to all ages. Parental discretion is advised when deciding if the exhibition will be suitable for your child. We encourage all parents, grandparents and teachers to come and visit the exhibition with children. This exhibition is a history lesson coming alive. Special rates apply for school classes (€ 13,- per child). Please contact us for more info!

Where can I get tickets?

In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store

Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.

About access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next few minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event’s location—not even service animals.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Weapons, drugs, self-brought food and drinks as well as objects that could disturb other visitors are prohibited.
Do you offer carer tickets?

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket.

Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based in availability).

Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for the visually and/or hearing impaired. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights? This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Is there an age requirement? All ages are welcome to this experience! Please keep in mind that the space is not accessible for prams/strollers.
